Ashirvad Growth Foundation successfully conducted a green initiative under the Belheshwar Aashirwad Vruksha Upakram 2025, with 131 trees planted along with protective guards.

Today, the Beleshwar Ashirwad Tree Plantation Drive 2026 was successfully completed with immense enthusiasm, dedication, and community spirit. Every sapling planted is a step towards a cleaner, greener, and healthier future.

According to various sources medicinal plants are basis of 25 to 50% of currently produced drugs used in health care. Research in this field is expected to continue for new medicines derived from natural products
Nakshtra Van tree plantation
On 28th Oct 2025, we completed the Nakshtra Van tree plantation. Nakshtra means “that which does not decay.” Nakshtra Van is a perfect combination of Botany, Landscaping, Astrology, and Ayurveda based on Indian mythology. We have planted trees related to 9 planets, 12 Rashis (Birth signs), and 27 Nakshtras.
Every Nakshtra has its own tree or plant and each plant has its own bio-diversity that defines its connection with nature. It is believed that when we are in vicinity of such astral trees (related to our birth sign), we experience positive atmosphere, solace, medication, tranquility, mental peace, and relaxation.
Trees are planted in a circular pattern, with each of the trees positioned at specific angle.
The wide variety of trees helps to restore ecological balance and provides habitat for various species.
Nakshtra Van (mini forest) Vasundhara Arpan ceremony was held on 28th December 2025. It was inaugurated by IPS Anjana Krishna Sub Divisional Police officer Karmala, in presence of members of Ashirvad Growth Foundation, local leaders and representatives from Bhilarwadi and Khrungewadi and Savita Devi Bhosale (member Zilla parishad Solapur)
Trees each specific to the 9 planets, trees related to the 12 Rashis (Sun Signs), and those specific to 27 Nakshtras (lunar mansions constellations used to map Moons path), so in total 61 trees have been planted using the Miyawaki technique

In 2026, two Mini Forests were established — one supported by Osmoflo and the other by the Sathe Family.
Mini Forest Dedication Ceremony – Year 5 | Total Mini Forests: 7
Under the ‘Aashirwad Vruksha’ initiative of Aashirwad Growth Foundation, our journey of creating and nurturing mini forests has continued for the past five years. The 7th Mini Forest Dedication Ceremony was successfully held yesterday in a joyful and inspiring atmosphere.
The programme was graced by Hon. Anjana Krishna Madam (IPS), Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Karmala , with Smt. Savitatai Raje Bhosale, Former Member, Zilla Parishad, Solapur, presiding over the programme, and Mr. Makarand Ketkar, Engineering Head of Australian MNC in water technology, Osmoflo, as the Chief Guest.
A special highlight was the enthusiastic participation of 20 Osmoflo engineers, who travelled all the way from Pune to Bhilarwadi, Taluka Karmala, District Solapur, in a specially arranged bus and personally planted more than 176 saplings. Their commitment to environmental conservation and social responsibility was truly inspiring.
Following the plantation, the Aashirwad team completed the drip irrigation and automation work, making the mini forest more sustainable and technology-enabled.The programme concluded with a traditional Van Bhojan, enjoyed by the dignitaries, Osmoflo team, Bhilarwadi villagers and all participants.
We sincerely thank the 70 Osmoflo engineers who collectively contributed to this initiative, the donors of the second mini forest, Anjalitai and the Udayan Sathe family, and all villagers, supporters and well-wishers.
We are also grateful to Hon. Atul Kulkarni (IPS), Superintendent of Police, Solapur District, for his special wishes and encouragement to the Bhilarwadi villagers, donors and the entire AGF team. His motivation and support have given special encouragement and recognition to many such community initiatives.
The guests also visited our five previously established mini forests and appreciated the healthy growth of the trees, followed by a wonderful mini forest walk/safari.
Together, let us plant trees, create mini forests and build a greener future for generations to come.
